This is a space where infrared sauna, saltwater cold plunge, red-light therapy, vitamin c + activated carbon and vibrational resonance come together to reset your nervous system, restore your body & mind, and elevate your everyday.
We’re looking for Studio Hosts (part-time) to help bring this experience to life.
About the Role
As a Studio Host, you’ll be the heartbeat of the studio. The first hello, the quiet reset between sessions, and the calm that guests carry home. You’ll welcome, prepare, and guide guests through their experience while ensuring every suite and modality reflects the prestige and cleanliness ONE8T is known for. You’ll move with intention. You’ll hold space. And you’ll keep every detail elevated.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and set the tone for their experience
- Guide them through the ONE8T experience: from check-in to post-reset
- Maintain the suite standards: clean, stocked, serene
- Ensure all modalities are functional, prepared, and safe
- Reset suites efficiently between sessions while preserving the calm
- Uphold brand tone and rhythm in every interaction
- Nurture intros before & after their first session and price present memberships and packages suited to their goals
- Support the General Manager with daily flow, stock, and reporting
You’re a Fit If You…
- Have 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, wellness, or boutique fitness
- Are attentive, grounded, and service-oriented
- Notice details: lighting, temperature, scent, sound
- Work well independently and as part of a small, close team
- Care about personal wellness and consistency of routine
- Stay composed and professional under quiet pressure
- You anticipate needs before guests voice them
- Saturday and Sundays REQUIRED + evening shifts
