Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks across different industries. The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and cleanup of work areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
• Follow instructions from superintendents and collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, including proper disposal of waste materials.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods or materials as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery operation.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and industries.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
