About the Role:
This isn’t a role for someone who manages from a distance. As a Delivery Lead at ConvergentIS, you’ll be at the centre of the action — leading enterprise software implementations, owning client relationships, and making sure we deliver on our promises with precision and integrity.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, shape solutions, and guide them through complex transformations — primarily on Rio, our AI-powered ERP platform. You’ll lead delivery teams through the full implementation lifecycle, keeping scope, budget, quality, and timelines in check without losing the human side of the work. You’re the person who brings clarity when things get messy and keeps momentum when things get hard.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and people — and that’s exactly what makes it interesting. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to influence roadmaps and bridge the gap between what clients need and what gets built. You’ll champion agile practices that keep us adaptive without becoming bureaucratic, contribute to pre-sales and scoping conversations, and mentor the people around you to help build a delivery culture rooted in curiosity, quality, and continuous improvement.
About You: 5+ years of delivery or project management experience in technology or consulting environments
- At least 2 end-to-end SAP or ERP implementations, ideally with exposure to BTP or similar platforms
- Experience with AI-enabled or automation-driven solutions — workflow orchestration, invoice automation, intelligent intake, or similar
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and change management principles
- A business mindset that connects technology decisions to commercial and operational outcomes
- A coach’s heart and a builder’s instinct — hands-on, pragmatic, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — you build trust and credibility quickly
- High integrity, empathy, and a bias for action — people simply enjoy working with you
This is a permanent, full-time role open to candidates across Canada. Calgary-based or hybrid is ideal, but we’re flexible for the right person. This role requires availability across multiple time zones as we work with clients globally, and occasional on-site travel to client locations should be expected.
