Overview: We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our property management operations and ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow a long-term career in property management administration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers
  • Deliver responsive and professional client service to strata councils, owners, and vendors
  • Handle client inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry, document management, and photocopying
  • Prepare and process Forms F and B
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management
  • Support the team in preparing documentation and reports
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of property transactions and communications
  • Contribute to improving office processes and overall administrative efficiency

Background & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in property management, strata management, real estate, or a related administrative role
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to support the team as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with Forms F and B or other strata-related documentation is an asset
  • Knowledge of real estate or property management practices is considered an asset
