About the business

VPAC Construction is a full-service general contractor operating across Greater Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and parts of British Columbia. VPAC is known for delivering fast-paced, high-complexity projects across the residential, commercial, and seniors living sectors – including the four-month, round-the-clock construction of the new Coquitlam College campus. A team of Construction Managers supports multiple on-site crews, tight client deadlines, and strict budget requirements to deliver successful projects.

The challenge

When Controller Cassie Glover joined VPAC, she brought over a decade of financial and operational leadership from the banking sector. The first thing she noticed was the strain of manual, disconnected processes draining hundreds of hours every month.
