Tax return dates in 2024
1st March 2024: E-submission of commission
Self-assessment tax return deadlines (applicable to sole proprietors & partnerships)
15th April 2024: File Individual Income Tax (Paper Form)
18th April 2024: File Individual Income Tax (Electronic)
Corporate tax filing deadlines
31st March 2024: File Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) (Dec year-end)
30th June 2024: File Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) (Mar year-end)
30th September 2024: File Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) (Jun year-end)
30th November 2024: File Corporate Income Tax Return (Form C-S/ Form C-S (Lite)/ Form C)
31st December 2024: File Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) (Sep year-end)
Goods and services tax filing deadlines (for businesses filing GST, quarterly)
31st January 2024: File GST Return (period ending in Dec)
30th April 2024: File GST Return (period ending in Mar)
31st July 2024: File GST Return (period ending in Jun)
31st October 2024: File GST Return (period ending in Sep)
Dates of upcoming legislation changes
1st January 2024: GST hike from 8% to 9% and increase in CPF Ordinary Wage ceiling from $6,300 to $6,800.
February/March 2023: Release of Budget statement (ahead of the end of financial year).
