Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team in Adam Park. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth in the advertising and PR industry. This is a full-time position with regular working hours.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Identify new business opportunities, target potential clients, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
3. Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing models.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.
6. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets; regularly analyze performance against targets.
7. Manage client relationships throughout the entire sales process – from initial contact through negotiation to contract signing – ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends; provide insights on market conditions that may impact business development strategies.
Skills Required:
1. Proven experience as a successful Sales Director or similar role within the advertising & PR industry.
2.Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing sales teams
3.Strong negotiation abilities coupled with exceptional communication skills
4.Exceptional strategic planning capabilities with demonstrated success in developing effective sales plans
5.Ability to analyze market trends accurately; knowledge of competitor landscape
6.Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms such as social media marketing, programmatic advertising etc
7.Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales roles within the advertising & PR industry.
3.Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
5.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
