Job Description: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Singapore. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s strategic objectives by aligning HR initiatives with business goals. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver comprehensive HR solutions and drive positive employee experiences.

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in Singapore.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.

4. Proven experience in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.

5. Solid understanding of talent acquisition strategies, performance management, learning and development programs, compensation, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters.

2. Collaborate with management to develop effective workforce plans that align with organizational goals.

3. Drive talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.

4. Implement performance management processes to ensure employees receive regular feedback on their performance goals and objectives.

5. Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

6. Support the implementation of learning initiatives that enhance employee skills development opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

2 .Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner role preferably within a multinational environment

3 .Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with knowledge of HRIS systems

4 .Certification such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is advantageous

5 .Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

6 .Strong ability to multitask effectively while managing competing priorities
