Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic IT company. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within the Adam Park area in Slovenia. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets within the Adam Park area
– Identify new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and understanding their needs
– Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer support to drive successful sales campaigns
– Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for the assigned territory
Skills:
– Proven experience as an IT Sales Manager or similar role in the industry
– Strong knowledge of IT products/services and understanding of market dynamics
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
– Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients
– Ability to analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications:
-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently
-Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales or relevant field
-Knowledge of CRM software tools for managing leads/opportunities
-Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
