Retail Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail associates.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Manage inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and well-presented
• Train, onboard, and schedule retail associates
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through chat (FB Messenger, Instagram, Carousell, WhatsApp, Emails) and inbound calls.
• Monitor store performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of retail associates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and other documentation as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and other related documents.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and strategies to boost sales revenue, both in-store and digitally.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including photography, videography, and video editing using tools like Capcut.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize engagement strategies.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus
