Low Tide is Singapore’s first Southeast Asian tropical cocktail bar, bringing the flavours and experiential service once loved by Tiki enthusiasts of the 30s-50’s to the modern day concrete jungle that is Singapore. Run by the founders of Sago House (Asia’s 50 Best Bars, World’s 100 Best Bars), their mission statement is to bring this vibrant and eclectic cocktail bar to the masses.
Your Role
Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations.
Directing early arrivals to the bar as they wait for their tables to become available.
Ushering guests to their tables and providing them with menus.
Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests.
Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed.
Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent table.
Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.
Providing guests with their checks after their meal.
Clearing and reporting breakages.
Requirements
Preferably with proven experience in the position of interest.
Adaptable and able to work flexible hours and able to accommodate operational requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Displaying good hygiene standards, well-groomed and highly motivated individual

5 Day work week
Salary Range: from $2,800 (Based on Experience)
Annual Leave: 7 Days in year one, 14 Days in year two, and 21 Days from year three onwards

Late Night Transport – Operations staff who end work after midnight can claim for transport expenses or use the cab charge
