- Experience managing both direct and indirect sales channels, including distributors and channel partners.
- Track record of building and executing successful go-to-market strategies in technically complex scientific markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing strategic accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Ability to operate effectively in a player–manager role, balancing leadership responsibilities with direct customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders in academia, biotech, and pharmaceutical organisations.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, including experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a remote international environment.
- Degree qualified in a scientific discipline, business, marketing, or related field. An advanced scientific degree is advantageous.
Work location and travel requirements:
- This is a remote role with flexible working arrangements within the APAC region.
- Regular travel is expected within the region for customer visits, conferences, and distributor engagement. Travel of approximately 40–50% is expected.
- Occasional out of region travel may be required for company meetings or conferences.
