Are you looking for a role with a values-driven, for-purpose organisation where you can make a real difference for young people in our community? Use your community services leadership experience to guide a team delivering intake, assessment, brief intervention, and planned support, including housing goals and tenancy skills for young people.

This position manages the effective operations of a 24/7, temporary supported accommodation for up to 22 young people aged 16-25 and leads a team of youth workers providing young people with tenancy and living skills, and planned support to ensure their housing and other goals are identified and met. 

You’ll be a great candidate for this role if you:

·Have a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Social Sciences or comparable qualification OR substantial demonstrated experience in similar service delivery.

·Can demonstrate leadership in community services, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, youth-focused support while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

·Have proven experience delivering youth programs, monitoring KPIs, managing operational risks, and achieving outcomes aligned with service agreements, funding requirements, and organisational priorities.

·Are skilled in building strong networks and collaborative partnerships with external providers, stakeholders, and community organisations to enhance service access, integration, and outcomes for young people.
