Scope of our Guided Implementation Services in all of our regions.
The terms and scope of services below govern the provision of the Guided Implementation Services by Employment Hero Pty Ltd, its relevant affiliate, or its trusted Partners, and apply in conjunction with the Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms or policies.

Guided Implementation Services – Asia Pacific

Max Term | • Combined HR & Payroll: 60 days • HR Standalone: 45 days • Payroll Standalone: 45 days Note, customers using EOS with Services for Payroll are currently considered HR Standalone in this context. |
In-scope services | • Access to a Guided Onboarding Project Plan that provides a structured digital guide for implementation. • Access to in-moment support via live chat with Customer Care team. • Access to Help Centre for additional guides for setup. |
Out-of-scope services | • Dedicated consultants for implementation. • Education or advice on legislation or award interpretation. • Individual reviews of their setup/system. • There is more to this effect and elaborated in our current T&Cs. |
Additional Fees | The only additional costs apply if: • You require a custom payroll build. • You elect for an additional service outside of the standard Guided Onboarding service offering. |
Your obligations | Use the digital guides to follow instructions and build the basics of their platform. Successfully launch to the business, defined as: • HR: 70% of employees invited and active on the platform. • Payroll: A finalised pay run, published payslips, and submission to IRD (NZ) or STP (AU). • Combined HR & Payroll: 70% of employees invited and active on HR AND a finalised pay run, published payslips, and submission to IRD (NZ) or STP (AU). |
Guided Implementation Services – UK

In-scope services | • Invitation to our dedicated Implementation Hub to access the Core onboarding resources, this is your implementation kick off communication from the team. You will then use the Hub to guide you through the setup of the Core platform features. • Access to our Help Centre from within the platform with detailed implementation resources to walk you through how to set up additional features and customise your platform to your preferences. • Guided Plus journey only : A kick off call with an Implementation Consultant to discuss your guided plus journey and review the various steps and timelines. • Guided Plus journey only: Weekly 30 minute 1:1 call to review the system configuration and answer specific questions relating to your journey Guided implementation workshops are available for 3 months. |
Out-of-scope services | • Guided Implementation does not include technical or support services outside of the scope of services listed above. • The guided Implementation service is designed to be self-driven by you. We will provide education through our live workshops, that you will then use to configure the system to suit your business needs. • The services do not include dedicated Implementation Consultants. Your support interactions will be facilitated via ticket queries, however, you may at times be offered alternative forms of support at our sole discretion. • You are responsible for the entire set-up and launch of your system, by achieving the outlined milestones within your platform. The client is responsible for undertaking and completing system testing. (if applicable). • We do not provide education or advice on payroll legislation. • We do not provide an individual review of your system and requirements. |
Additional Fees | • If implementation is required beyond the Max Term as a result of your business changes, conduct or fault, then an additional fee of £500 GBP may be charged for the provision of services for a further 3 months. • At your request, we may provide services to you that are beyond the scope set out in the ‘In-scope services’ section above. You may be charged additional fees for these services as agreed with you or on an hourly basis (at £125 per hour) for the time taken to provide you with the services, with the relevant hourly rate based on the currency of your contract with us. • We reserve the sole discretion to apply additional fees for services that are not ‘In-scope services’. |
Your obligations | • Use the digital guides to follow instructions and configure the requirements of your platform. • Be actively engaged in our digital guides and training content during the implementation process to achieve ‘go-live’. • Successfully launch to the business, with 70% of employees invited and active on the platform. • A finalised pay run, published payslips, and submission to HMRC. |
