About Our Positions
In-Office, High-Ownership Work
BigGeo is built in person. Our team works from our Calgary office so decisions happen quickly, context is shared, and work does not disappear into handoffs. You will be close to the product, close to the people building it, and accountable for real outcomes.
Focused Work Weeks
We operate on an intentional cadence designed to protect deep work. The team alternates between four-day and five-day work weeks, balancing momentum with recovery. This structure exists to support sustained focus, not constant availability.
