Durkan Regen provides comprehensive asset regeneration and maintenance services to housing associations and local authorities. Our goal is to make sure homes are fit for the future.
Our services include planned maintenance, fire safety and cladding remediation, retrofit and decarbonisation, compliance services, and strategic asset regeneration programmes.
We pride ourselves on being a trusted, financially independent contractor with exceptional expertise in refurbishment, retrofit and fire safety projects. With a comprehensive approach, we ensure regulatory compliance while delivering long-term value and improving outcomes for communities and residents.

Holiday Allowance

All employees start with 26 days of holiday (plus 8 Bank Holidays). As you grow with us, so does your holiday entitlement, increasing to up to 30 days based on length of service.
