Durkan Regen provides comprehensive asset regeneration and maintenance services to housing associations and local authorities. Our goal is to make sure homes are fit for the future.

Our services include planned maintenance, fire safety and cladding remediation, retrofit and decarbonisation, compliance services, and strategic asset regeneration programmes.

We pride ourselves on being a trusted, financially independent contractor with exceptional expertise in refurbishment, retrofit and fire safety projects. With a comprehensive approach, we ensure regulatory compliance while delivering long-term value and improving outcomes for communities and residents.

Durkan Homes creates high-quality new homes across London and the Home Counties.

Durkan Homes was established five years ago, but we’re not new to housebuilding. Over 50 years, the Durkan family has gained a reputation as one of the UK’s leading house-builders.

Now an award-winning leading independent housebuilder in London and the Northern Home Counties we’re passionate about connecting people to homes they’ll love. Holiday Allowance

At Durkan, we believe in the importance of work-life balance. That’s why we encourage our people to take regular breaks to rest, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work. All employees start with 26 days of holiday (plus 8 Bank Holidays). As you grow with us, so does your holiday entitlement, increasing to up to 30 days based on length of service. We want you to have the time you need to stay motivated, inspired, and refreshed.
