About the job:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to assist with bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will help gather and analyse requirements, document business processes, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting business processes and functional specifications, and communicating these to technical and development teams. You’ll participate in design discussions to ensure solutions meet business needs, prepare and review documentation with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of test plans while conducting both functional and backend testing. Additionally, you’ll support training sessions for users, help troubleshoot system issues, contribute to change impact analysis, collaborate with teams to deliver projects, and assist with pre-sales activities by developing technology integration strategies.
