Role
As a Corporate Secretary Associate, you will be responsible in managing clientele’s portfolio and providing corporate secretarial support for relevant company legislation and regulations.
Responsibilities
Handling a full suite of corporate secretarial duties which will include incorporation of Singapore companies (private limited, company limited by guarantee etc.) and filing documents with ACRA
Updating and maintaining statutory registers and records in registers
Provide assistance in the preparation of statutory documents such as board resolutions and minutes
Ensure that statutory documents are prepared before the stipulated deadline
Assist in transfers of corporate secretarial appointment for existing companies
Able to process and assist in companies for strike-off
To handle corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Ability to handle high volume of requests
Ability to act as key liaison between the clients and the organisation to fulfil duties required
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other related courses
Organised and Meticulous individual
Experience in managing multiple projects/ engagements with short deadlines
Self-driven and proactive learner
Team-player
Able to adapt quickly and work in a fast pace environment
Ability to work under pressure
On-The-Job Training will be provided
Have good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act, Cap 50 and ACRA Filing will be beneficial
