The Opportunity
This is not a routine administrative position. It is a role for someone who can be trusted to support the smooth running of academy operations, coordinate effectively with different stakeholders, and ensure that important processes are handled properly and consistently.
You will play a key role in supporting training operations, administrative coordination, learner support, and the day-to-day effectiveness of the academy. Candidates with training-related exposure will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end administrative support for academy operations
Handle trainee registration, attendance, scheduling, and records administration
Maintain accurate documentation and internal system updates
Coordinate closely with trainers and internal teams to support smooth programme delivery
Handle enquiries and administrative follow-up in a timely and professional manner
Support outreach, roadshows, and related operational coordination where required
Ensure SOPs, records, and processes are properly followed and updated
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the academy and training environment
Requirements
Strong experience in administration, operations support, or coordination
Highly organised, meticulous, and dependable
Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with the drive to learn and contribute
Ability to communicate in English is required
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and/or other Chinese dialects would be advantageous to support trainees and stakeholders from diverse language backgrounds
Candidates with training background or training operations exposure will have an added advantage
