As we evolve our brand, we are looking for a visionary and execution-heavy Senior Brand Designer for a high-impact, 6–9 month strategic engagement.
We are looking for a creative powerhouse to be the architect of our visual narrative. This role requires a rare blend of high-level strategic thinking and “hands-on” execution. You will be responsible for translating a complex brand vision into a sophisticated visual identity, ensuring our brand isn’t just consistent, but innovative and market-leading. This is a role for a maker who thrives on defining the “next generation” of a brand’s look and feel while personally building the assets that bring that vision to life.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Brand Evolution & Innovation
- Visual Identity Translation: Take a high-level brand vision and translate it into a tangible, world-class visual identity (typography, color, image and graphic motifs style).
- Creative Innovation: Bring fresh, innovative design perspectives to the table to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Conceptual Execution: Develop creative concepts for major GTM initiatives that bridge the gap between abstract strategy and compelling visual storytelling.
2. GTM Visual Template and Asset Execution
- Marketing Template Production: Personally design and execute high-fidelity template assets for integrated campaigns, including social media kits, slide templates etc.
- Documentation: Author and maintain the “Source of Truth” brand guidelines to ensure internal communication remains consistent.
- Vendor Support: Assist with administrative and technical tasks related to print production, external partners, and asset delivery.
3. Systems Architecture & Data Integrity
AI-Optimized Design Systems: Build and document a robust Figma library designed for AI scalability. This includes utilizing standardized naming conventions, auto-layout, and structured tokens that allow for seamless integration into automated AI workflows.
Scalable Frameworks: Develop modular design templates that enable AI-driven content generation, ensuring the brand remains consistent even when assets are produced at high velocity via automation.
Workflow Future-Proofing: Audit and refine file hygiene to ensure all brand libraries are “machine-readable,” facilitating the transition to AI-integrated marketing operations.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and speaking. You are comfortable working in a global environment with international stakeholders.
- Creative Visionary: A highly innovative designer with a proven ability to define and evolve a brand’s visual identity from the ground up.
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional project management abilities with an obsessive focus on detail and craft.
- AI Proficiency: Expertly comfortable leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude etc to support workflows. Deep understanding of how to structure design files for AI integration and automation.
- Collaborative Orchestrator: Skilled at coordinating with internal teams to establish suitable workflows, optimize resources and results and collaborate with external vendors to keep design sprints on schedule.
- Technical Mastery: Professional experience with Canva, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Comfortable managing tasks in project management tools like Asana and Jira.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in brand identity and graphic design within a B2B or tech environment, must have a portfolio that demonstrates experience and previous projects in branding, communications, rebranding and concept development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
