PROJECT EXECUTIVE Job at Grandwork Interior Sdn Bhd

Description

Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of multiple projects from initiation through to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, timelines, and resources, and ensure adherence to these plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the project team. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular project updates.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks and resolve any issues that may arise.
Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources needed for the project. Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, project reports, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure that all project paperwork is up to date and accessible.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met, and that the project is progressing according to plan. Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues on-site.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the project lifecycle and take preventive or corrective actions as needed. Mitigate delays or challenges through proactive planning.
Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations, building codes, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
Post-Project Support: Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients and support post-project reviews, including preparing final project documentation and reports.
