Description

  • Assist the project team with general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for both project and maintenance-related activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate regular project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Monitor and track project progress, schedules, and updates. Ensure all timelines are met and report status to project stakeholders.
  • Assist in applying for necessary permits, insurance cover notes, and business licenses for projects and maintenance works.
  • Manage the procurement process for project equipment, materials, fittings, and resources. Source and purchase maintenance materials when necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation such as project reports, receiving reports, defects reports, and maintenance-related reports.
  • Assist with shipping and logistics coordination for both project deliveries and maintenance materials.
