This role

As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll report to the Head of Sales & CX Enablement and play a key role in improving how our Canadian revenue teams perform, ramp and scale. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership to strengthen capability across SDRs, AEs and Partnerships as we accelerate growth in Canada.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Improving new hire ramp time and onboarding effectiveness
  • Increasing conversion and productivity across the sales funnel
  • Embedding consistent sales methodologies and best practice behaviours
  • Using data to identify performance gaps and drive measurable improvement

This will include

  • Delivering structured training, coaching and call reviews for SDRs and AEs
  • Building onboarding programs and enablement playbooks
  • Creating sales resources including pitch decks, battlecards and messaging
  • Partnering with leadership to identify performance gaps and solutions
  • Using sales data and reporting to improve individual and team performance
  • Supporting adoption of tools and processes across the revenue organisation

Who you are

  • Experience enabling or coaching SDR and AE teams in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipeline and conversion levers
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with sales leaders and sellers
  • Comfort working across both tactical execution and strategic improvement
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Experience creating scalable enablement programs and content
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach or similar
