About The Role
We’re looking for a highly capable Growth Marketing Manager to own our paid social strategy and execution across the ANZ market on a 8-month maternity cover contract.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role where you’ll take full ownership of campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging paid social platforms – from setup through to optimisation and scaling.
Beyond platform execution, this role requires strong commercial thinking and cross-functional leadership. You’ll connect ad platform performance with CRM and pipeline data, proactively identify opportunities and issues, and work closely with Content, Creative, Marketing Ops, and Sales to drive measurable lead generation outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, proactive in communication, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end – not just running campaigns, but continuously improving them.
Your key focus areas will be
Paid Social Campaign Ownership (End-to-End)
- Own the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn (core platforms), as well as Reddit, TikTok, and other channels where relevant.
- Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns hands-on – including campaign structure, targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Deliver against MQL and pipeline targets within defined efficiency metrics (e.g. CPL / CP-MQL).
- Continuously identify and execute optimisation opportunities across audiences, creatives, formats, and funnel stages.
Performance Optimisation & Problem Solving
- Proactively monitor performance and identify issues, risks, and opportunities early – not just report on them.
- Develop clear action plans when performance drops (e.g. creative fatigue, audience saturation, tracking issues).
- Run structured experiments and A/B tests across creative, targeting, and campaign setup to unlock growth.
- Balance volume vs lead quality, using downstream data to guide optimisation decisions.
Data, Insights & Business Acumen
- Connect platform data with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), and pipeline metrics to form a holistic view of performance.
- Analyse not just CPL, but lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for both marketing and sales stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Creative and Content teams to brief, iterate, and improve ad creatives based on performance insights.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure tracking accuracy, attribution, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to gather feedback on lead quality and continuously refine targeting and messaging.
- Communicate regularly and proactively with stakeholders on:
- Campaign performance
- Risks or underperformance
- Optimisation plans and next steps
AI & Productivity Enablement
- Leverage AI tools and platform automation (e.g. Gemini, Claude or other generative AI) to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Use AI to enhance creative testing, audience insights, reporting, and workflow productivity.
- Stay up to date with evolving AI capabilities in paid social and apply them practically.
(Secondary) Content Syndication
- Support light-touch management of content syndication / PPL campaigns where required (non-core focus)
Requirements
Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing with a strong focus on paid social.
- Proven track record of hands-on campaign management and optimisation on Meta and LinkedIn (must-have).
- Experience in B2B lead generation environments preferred.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager – confident in building, managing, and scaling campaigns independently
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, and bidding optimisation
- Experience working with conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel metrics
- Ability to analyse performance across platform + CRM data and derive meaningful insights
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce (nice to have
- Exposure to AI tools for marketing workflows or campaign optimisation (nice to have)
Communication & Ways of Working
- Strong, proactive communicator
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
- High ownership mindset – takes initiative and drives outcomes without needing direction.
- Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve performance.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with clear performance targets.
