This role
We’re seeking a senior, high-impact leader to take full ownership of our APAC Channel Partnerships function and lead the next phase of growth for the APAC business.
Reporting into the Global Head of Partnerships, the Director of Partnerships APAC will be responsible for leading our Referral Partnerships, Certified Partnerships, and Payroll Partner programs in-market. The role oversees both strategic partnerships and channel sales execution in the region, managing a team that includes 3 experienced team leaders.
This role is a key member of the regional GTM leadership team and will work closely with the APAC Managing Director, Head of Sales, and other senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, build scalable partner infrastructure, and unlock new routes to market.You key focus areas will be:
- Lead & Scale APAC Channel: Own Referral, Certified & Payroll partner motions
- Drive Revenue via Partnerships: Grow key relationships and deliver partner-sourced pipeline
- Build High-Performing Team: Coach and develop channel sales and partner managers
- Execute GTM & Growth Initiatives: Align with Sales/Marketing/Product and expand market reach
This will include
Own APAC Channel Sales Strategy
- Build and execute a scalable regional channel GTM plan aligned with company goals
- Partner with the Global Head of Partnerships on resource planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Set clear team targets and ensure repeatable success through consistent partner acquisition and enablement
Lead High-Performing Teams
- Directly manage the Partnership Leaders across APAC
- Provide coaching, training, and performance support to ensure high-impact delivery
- Define clear success metrics and growth paths for team members
Drive Strategic Partnerships & Program Growth
- Own key Strategic Partner relationships, delivering joint success plans
- Identify and unlock new verticals and categories through tailored partner programs
- Build commercial agreements that deliver value to both Employment Hero and its partners
Collaborate Across the Business
- Work closely with the APAC MD and Head of Sales & the Global Head of Partnerships to align partner motions with broader GTM plans
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Legal to deliver best-in-class partner experiences
- Represent APAC channel priorities in global forums and planning sessions
Who you are

- Experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Business Development roles, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech
- Demonstrated success leading channel sales or partner teams to revenue targets
- Proven experience owning strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations
- Strong understanding of referral, reseller, and service-led partner models
- Experience working cross-functionally across sales, product, marketing, and ops
- Previous experience in APAC market essential
