As the Chief of Staff Intern, you’ll work closely with our project, product, and tech leads to help steer and support our organization’s key initiatives. Your Future Role
- You will start a 4+ month internship, commencing at the beginning of June.
- You will take on a variety of tasks related to project management, helping to track progress, coordinate with different departments, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- You will support business development efforts, including identifying potential partners and new market opportunities.
- You will conduct in-depth market research to provide insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and strategic growth areas.
- You will support the Chief of Staff in daily operations, strategic planning, and preparing for key meetings and presentations.
What You Need for Success
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, or have recently completed your degree.
- You have a proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- You are actively looking for new experiences and are not afraid to dive into unfamiliar topics.
- You can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
- Previous experience in a related field (e.g., project management, market research, or business development) is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, GDrive, and GitHub, along with an understanding of software engineering principles, is a bonus.
- You are based in Singapore and do not require a working visa, and are able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week (only applicants who meet this criteria should apply).
