As the Chief of Staff Intern, you’ll work closely with our project, product, and tech leads to help steer and support our organization’s key initiatives. This isn’t a role where you’ll be just getting coffee; you’ll be a valued member of the team, tackling real-world problems and contributing to our strategic goals.

Your Future Role

  • You will start a 4+ month internship, commencing at the beginning of June.
  • You will take on a variety of tasks related to project management, helping to track progress, coordinate with different departments, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • You will support business development efforts, including identifying potential partners and new market opportunities.
  • You will conduct in-depth market research to provide insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and strategic growth areas.
  • You will support the Chief of Staff in daily operations, strategic planning, and preparing for key meetings and presentations.

What You Need for Success

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, or have recently completed your degree.
  • You have a proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • You are actively looking for new experiences and are not afraid to dive into unfamiliar topics.
  • You can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
  • Previous experience in a related field (e.g., project management, market research, or business development) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, GDrive, and GitHub, along with an understanding of software engineering principles, is a bonus.
  • You are based in Singapore and do not require a working visa, and are able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week (only applicants who meet this criteria should apply).

Our flagship platform, Data2Evidence (D2E), is an open-source real-world data (RWD) analytics environment. D2E bridges standardized health data and cutting-edge research to enable researchers and healthcare organizations to explore, query, and extract insights from large observational datasets. With an international team, we work together on the mission to digitalize health research.
