IT Manager

Summary:

The IT Manager is responsible for managing an organization’s technology infrastructure and ensuring the reliability, stability, and security of its information technology platform. This role requires a hands-on approach to technology, strategic planning, and a focus on business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operations, backup and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure and operations.
• Plan and manage IT budget and projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage in-house IT team and vendors to provide quality support for all business units.
• Establish & review IT policies and procedures including risks, cybersecurity and data protection.
• Assist in IT solutions and applications for business enhancement and development purposes.
• Conduct end user training when required.
• Manage procurement requests for IT equipment and services and oversee IT asset management.
• Continually review company’s Digital Transformation roadmap in accordance with the evolving technology landscape and assist business units on feasibility study and solution evaluation.

Qualifications:

• A diploma/degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
• 3 – 5 years’ working experience in IT infrastructure operations end user support
• Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills
• Experience in AWS, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC and TimeSoft is preferred
