Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to oversee sales operations in a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the designated region
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in a regional or national role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in the industry or market segment is a plus
