Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of People and Culture to lead our organization’s human resources and culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including training and development programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
  • Manage the HR team and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Experience in developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
