About The Role

We’re looking for analytical and passionate people to join our team as Client Success / Relationship Management Intern based in Jakarta Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about client relationship management, gain hands-on experience in supporting customers, and develop skills in problem-solving and communication.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

Assist the Customer Success team in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start to their journey.

Support customer queries by providing timely responses and solutions.

Gather client feedback and share insights to improve processes.

Help track customer satisfaction metrics and maintain records.

Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.

About You

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Able to assist clients with strong problem-solving skills

Proficiency in additional languages (such as Bahasa, Chinese) is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A positive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Proficiency in tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.

Experience with a CRM tool and record-keeping.

Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a customer-centric environment.
