Senior Civil Plant Operators – Expressions of Interest

With a strong pipeline of work ahead, we’re inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Civil Plant Operators who take pride in their work and want to be part of a business that backs its people.

The Opportunity

You’ll be operating modern earthmoving equipment across a wide variety of civil construction projects including:

• Bulk earthworks

• Subdivisions

• Roading

• Commercial site works

• Infrastructure projects

This is a hands-on role for experienced operators who understand that productivity, safety and quality go hand in hand.

We’re Looking For Operators Who:

• Have extensive experience operating excavators, graders bulldozers and other civil plant.

• Can trim accurately and consistently to grade.

• Understand plans, levels and site set-out.

• Look after their machines as if they own them.

• Can work independently while supporting the wider crew.

• Lead by example through attitude, work ethic and professionalism.

• Take pride in producing quality work—not just getting the job done.

You’ll Ideally Bring

5+ years civil construction experience.

• Class 2 and/or Class 4 licence.

• Wheels, Tracks & Rollers endorsements.

• Site Safe Passport.

• GPS machine control experience (preferred).

• A strong commitment to health, safety and looking after your mates.
