About the role

We are seeking a mid-level experience Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Plymouth. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to take ownership of the marketing function for our business. This role requires great communication skills, marketing technical expertise, and a good understanding of what good marketing looks like. We are open to considering part-time hours as well.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the co-ordination and delivery of the roll out of our new brand (including but not limited to: website, socials, collateral)
• Acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day marketing queries and requests
• Co-ordinating marketing projects – timelines, approvals, and sign-off processes to keep projects moving
• Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
• Supporting the coordination of events (both internal and customer)
• Content creation for both web and social media
• Running our sponsorship program
• Working with industry bodies to promote Stand

What we’re looking for

• Experience (3-5+ years) in a similar role
• A marketing degree or equivalent
• Demonstrated success in a previous role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
