The Role
As an MGI+MORE Graduate, you’ll gain broad exposure within a high-performing Business Advisory and Accounting firm through working across all our teams, including:
- Compliance
- Business Advisory
- Outsourced Accounting and Virtual CFO services
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and have the opportunity to get involved in real client work from an early stage. With the support of approachable, experienced mentors, you’ll build on your university knowledge and develop strong practical, commercial and client-facing skills.
You’ll also be part of our Australasian Graduate Programme, giving you access to additional training, conferences, networking and travel opportunities across the MGI network.
About You
We’re looking for graduates who are curious, motivated and ready to make their mark. You’ll ideally have completed, or be on track to complete a Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting major by the end of 2026.
You will also;
- Bring a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn
- Be a collaborative team player who enjoys working with others
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills — you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients from early on
- Be ambitious about building your career and keen to take advantage of the opportunities available to you
