This is an
exciting opportunity to join Oyster as a Marketing Manager in a sole-charge,
hands-on role with real breadth.
Working
closely with internal teams and trusted external partners, you’ll coordinate
and deliver marketing activity across campaigns, capital raises, digital
channels, and internal communications. You’ll play a key role in bringing our
brand to life across our property portfolio, ensuring everything is delivered
on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
This role
offers strong exposure to:
- Campaign delivery across press, digital
and radio (including capital raising activity)
- Brand and collateral development,
working with agencies and internal stakeholders
- Digital marketing, including website
management, social media, and marketing automation
- Data-driven marketing, using Salesforce
to support targeting, reporting, and optimisation
- Internal communications and culture
initiatives in partnership with People & Culture

Eligibility
criteria.

- Adaptable and willing to pitch in across
all areas of marketing—from internal comms to campaign execution
You’ll
ideally bring:
- 3 – 4 years’ experience in a marketing
or communications role
- Exposure to campaign delivery or digital
marketing (social, email, or website)
- Strong organisational skills and
attention to detail
- Confidence working with external
suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience with tools such as CRM
systems (e.g. Salesforce), CMS platforms (e.g. WIX), or marketing tools is
beneficial but not essential
