Our success is built on strong partnerships, world class logistics, and a commitment to innovation and quality. We’re big enough to operate at scale, but small enough that you’ll know everyone’s name. A fast moving, down to earth team that backs ideas and focuses on getting things done
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive digital advertising across our Australian and New Zealand businesses.
Working across multiple brands, you’ll be actively involved in building, managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms including ChatGPT Ads.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with our ANZ marketing team to deliver effective campaigns, analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be highly organised, commercially minded and confident juggling multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Manage day-to-day campaign performance, budgets, targeting, bidding and creative testing.
- Support full-funnel campaigns, from awareness and consideration through to conversion.
- Monitor results and proactively recommend improvements to ROAS, CPA and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Lead weekly digital WIP meetings with marketing teams, presenting performance, insights and next steps.
- Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager on campaign planning, budgets and priorities.
- Coordinate timely campaign updates, promotions and product launches across ANZ.
- Support creative development and asset adaptation when required.
- Maintain accurate tracking, reporting and campaign measurement.
- Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, platform updates and new opportunities.
About You
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes digital, enjoys getting into the detail and thrives in a busy environment.
You’ll bring:
- 3 – 5+ years’ hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing.
- Strong experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with TikTok experience highly desirable.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns, accounts and budgets simultaneously.
- Sound knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and paid social.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4 and performance reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and confidence working independently.
- Experience in ecommerce, retail or consumer brands would be advantageous.
Agency experience would be highly regarded, particularly managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
Working With Us
You’ll be based in our Auckland office, reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, who works remotely. You’ll need to be comfortable working autonomously while maintaining strong communication and relationships with teams across ANZ. Occasional international travel will be required.
If you’re passionate about digital advertising, thrive on variety and love seeing campaigns deliver results, we’d love to hear from you.
