Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Skilled in lead generation & landing pages journey – Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, executing campaigns, monitoring and optimising, and calculating data metrics (Eg. CPL, CPA, CTR) that align with business goals.
• Skilled in understanding conversions API and contribute quality leads to the Brand team
• Familiar with ads across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
• Oversee creative aspects of ads – Setting the tone, Direction, Messaging, Copywriting
• Advising clients on best solutions (Direction, Costings, Budgets) and participate in pitches
• Managing social media accounts across the region
• Develop the digital team by growing headcounts and grooming executives

Job Requirement

• Candidates possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin (Ability to speak in Mandarin is highly preferred to deal with Chinese stakeholders).
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the fintech or forex industry.
• Knowledge of fintech and forex markets is highly desirable.
• Familiar with ads tracking tools such as Keitaro, Voluum, AppsFlyer, Firebase is highly preferred.
• Required Skill(s): SEM, Facebook, Analytical Skills, Google, Tiktok, YouTube etc.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
