Description

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks such as merchant verification, deployment/retrieval scheduling, and logistics-related pick and packing.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in all operational activities, consistently meeting or exceeding established SLAs.
  • Effectively manage and exceed the expectations of our merchants and partners, ensuring their needs and requirements are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships and communication channels to drive operational effectiveness and achieve operational goals.
  • Continuously assess operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate measures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, generating reports and insights to evaluate performance, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and overall satisfaction.

• Minimum educational qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or above, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
