Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Economics, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Knowledge on Sarawak Labour Ordinance and other related statutory regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work under pressure and a multi-tasker.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process including recruitment, selection, interview and placement.
  • Manage labor contracts, handle employment and termination procedures, and oversee employee payroll and attendance.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilize HR technology and information systems.
  • Assist superiors in implementing company policies & procedures and rules & regulations.
  • Establish positive employee relations, coordinate relationships between employees and management, and organize various employee activities.
