Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing (in FMCG) or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple brand activation campaigns.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing activation plans to meet client objectives and drive sales.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of field marketing campaigns.
  • Budget management, tracking, and reporting to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Design and implement creative strategies for promotional events, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Supervise and train field marketing teams, including promotional staff and event coordinators.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and provide regular updates on campaign progress and results.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships for sourcing promotional materials and event logistics.
  • Lead the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
  • Track and analyze customer feedback and insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the logistics and planning of events, including venue selection, permits, and equipment setup.
  • Prepare detailed post-campaign reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for future activations.
