Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Finance and Administration Manager in various accounting and government-related tasks, with a specific focus on cost analysis and data entry related to our upcoming ASEAN export venture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost analyses to support the procurement of ePCO services from Dagangnet, including evaluating various pricing options and identifying cost-saving measures.
2. Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into our accounting system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
3. Accounting Support: Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, such as preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and processing invoices.
4. Government Relations: Support the Finance and Administration Manager in handling government-related matters, including business license and manufacturing
5. Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other administrative or financial tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in cost analysis and financial modeling.
2. Knowledge of government regulations and procedures related to business licensing in Malaysia.
3. Familiarity with tax system, export procedures and documentation requirements.
