Summary:

The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources functions within our manufacturing facility in Klang. This position is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and implementing effective HR strategies that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent for the manufacturing team.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee performance issues.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop succession planning.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Malaysia.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
