Summary:

The Finance Administrator in the Banking and Financial services industry is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of financial operations within the organization. This role requires attention to detail and a sound knowledge of financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Preparing and processing financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, and bank deposits.
  • Reconciling bank statements and ensuring account balances are accurate.
  • Issuing financial reports and statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Conducting financial analysis to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Administering payroll and benefits programs.
  • Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensuring all financial transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in a financial role within the banking and financial services industry.
