This role
As an Implementations Consultant, you will lead customers through the Guided onboarding journey for our South East Asia (SEA) clients, providing structured education and advice to help them successfully implement our HR and Payroll solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact, managing stakeholder engagement and running enablement sessions to ensure customers realise value quickly.
This will include the following:
- Support customers to self-implement efficiently and confidently, accelerating their time to value.
- Apply best practice methodologies to support system implementation in line with client requirements and compliance obligations.
- Effectively manage customer objections, complaints, and churn requests while conducting root cause analysis.
- Accurately interpret and apply legislative and compliance requirements to guide platform configuration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Lead customer enablement sessions confidently, explaining product functionality and validating readiness.
- Diagnose and resolve product configuration issues independently, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate notes and records of customer progress, risks, and outcomes within internal systems.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product gaps and friction points to improve implementation playbooks.
Who you are

For this role, you’ll also bring:
- Experience with pay-run processing in Singapore and Malaysia (required for Payroll specialty).
- Ability to accurately interpret and apply relevant legislative/compliance obligations toward platform configuration.
- Experience in professional services, onboarding, or customer delivery roles (highly regarded, but not essential).
- Experience implementing HR, Payroll, or workforce management platforms (highly regarded, but not essential).
- The ability to guide customers on best-fit solutions, and strong training and facilitation skills to onboard customers and drive product adoption.
- High discipline in delivery documentation and data integrity across CRM and project management tools.
- A calm, pragmatic problem-solving approach that balances customer needs with product guardrails.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-scaling, change-heavy environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
