  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support in resolving customer issues by identifying the problem, finding solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer care processes and identify areas for service enhancement.
  • Assist in managing customer care databases and updating customer information as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the customer care experience.
