Job Title: Head Of Sales And Marketing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that will drive revenue growth and increase market share. The Head of Sales and Marketing will work closely with other departments to ensure that all sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that will drive revenue growth
– Lead, manage, motivate, train, mentor, coach the sales & marketing team
– Develop relationships with key customers & partners
– Monitor market trends & competitor activity for new opportunities/threats
– Manage the sales & marketing budget effectively
– Collaborate with other departments to align goals/objectives
– Implement training programs for the team
– Provide regular reports on performance to senior management
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
– 7+ years experience in sales/marketing; 3+ years in leadership role
– Strong leadership/management skills
– Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
– Analytical/problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in fast-paced environment/manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Experience developing/implementing strategies
– Experience managing a team
– Experience building/maintaining relationships
