Service Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
• Install, configure, and maintain equipment and software
• Collaborate with other engineers and technical staff to resolve complex issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of equipment and software
• Participate in the development of new products and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with equipment and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
