About Ana Tomy
Ana Tomy is a made-to-order stationery and lifestyle brand based in Malaysia. We exist to break tradition: through creativity, personalisation, and honest, human connection.
We are small, collaborative, and constantly evolving. We value honesty over hierarchy, initiative over ego, and real contribution over loud opinions. We are looking for people who think, care, and act, even when it falls outside their job title.
We will coach and support you. But we expect you to own your impact.
What It’s Like Here
Ana Tomy is still growing. That means you will help shape the story, not just follow it.
Roles shift fast. Ideas bounce around daily. Feedback, even when it stings, is part of the rhythm. If you thrive with fixed SOPs and clear-cut boundaries, this might feel disorienting. But if you get excited by building something real with a team that genuinely cares, you might be exactly who we are looking for.
What’s the Role?
We are hiring a Warehousing & Fulfilment Associate — a reliable, physically capable executor who owns the hands-on layer of fulfilment operations.
You’ll run the full FA scope: packing and dispatching orders, stock and restocks, corporate fulfilment, warehouse organisation, supply chain coordination, and keeping the operation clean, current, and handoff-ready every shift.
This is not a customer-facing role. No CX, no Gorgias. You own what’s in your hands — execution, accuracy, and flagging what needs fixing before it becomes a problem.
If you hold a high standard, don’t need hand-holding to stay productive, and take pride in a well-run operation — this is for you.
What You’ll Do
Daily Operations
- Process, assemble, and pack online orders with accuracy, speed, and a high standard of craftsmanship
- Perform the final quality check on every order before it ships — zero defects is the standard, not the target
- Capture data accurately in internal systems to support reporting and decision-making
- Maintain a clean, organised, and operationally consistent fulfilment environment
- Identify backend system issues and escalate with enough context to resolve without a verbal debrief
Supply Chain
- Support restocks and internal inventory so supplies are always organised, labelled, and accurate
- Assist with courier coordination and shipment tracking to ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Assist in preparing and processing international dispatches
- Support local branches restocks, fulfilled accurately and on schedule
- Handle relevant purchase orders and delivery orders in line with stock requirements
Corporate Order Fulfilment
- Fulfil corporate and large-scale orders to AT’s standard, even under tight deadlines
- Assemble customised orders with the same care as any individual order
- Support production tasks during peak periods and new launches
Warehousing
- Shelve and organise stock so everything has a place and is easy to find
- Reshuffle and reorganise goods as inventory turns over, keeping high-movement items accessible
- Run QC checks and maintain the QC log; inspect goods in and out, record defects and discrepancies accurately
- Assist weekly stock transfers between locations and channels
- Update the warehouse floor plan monthly so the layout always matches reality
- Handle physical warehouse tasks: moving, lifting, carrying cargo, and resetting the space as needed
What Success Looks Like After 3 Months
- Orders dispatched accurately and on time every day, with errors caught before shipment, not after.
- Packaging consistently at AT standard across all order types.
- The QC log is current and trustworthy, exceptions flagged same-day with context a Lead can act on, no follow-up required.
- International and local branches restocks fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
- Stock and floor plan match reality; high-movement items stay accessible.
- Work area handoff-ready every shift, regardless of volume.
Our Leadership Philosophy
At Ana Tomy, leadership is not a title. It is how you show up.
We believe leadership means taking ownership, making thoughtful decisions, and lifting others as you grow. Great leaders do not create followers. They create more leaders.
At this level, leadership looks like noticing what needs to be done before being asked. It looks like supporting a new teammate through their first busy shift. It looks like flagging a problem before it becomes one. You do not need a title to lead here. You just need to decide that how you show up matters.
If you are here, you are already part of something bigger. How will you lead?
Who This Is For
There is no experience requirement. There is a character requirement.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You hold the standard when no one’s checking. The seal, the count, the log entry are right because you did them right, not because someone was watching.
- You can point to real examples of ownership, resilience, and initiative — not just claim them.
- You notice when the floor layout, the stock flow, or a process is quietly fighting you, and you fix it or flag it instead of working around it for the hundredth time.
- You stay grounded when the day reshapes itself — a corporate rush lands, a courier slips, priorities move — and you re-sequence without dropping the thread.
- Direct feedback doesn’t destabilise you; it sharpens you.
- You can run a shift independently and still leave it handoff-ready for the next person.
- You want to grow with a team, not just stand out in one.
- You’re not here to clock in. You’re here to make sure every order leaves right.
- You’re physically comfortable with warehouse work — lifting, carrying, and being on your feet for a full shift comes naturally to you.
Bare Minimum:
- Available 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, on rotating shifts
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
-
Technically literate: comfortable with computers, data entry, and basic backend systems
-
Physically up for it: comfortable on your feet, lifting, carrying, and moving stock through a full shift
- Comfortable with repetitive precision work
- Minimum SPM/IGCSE or Diploma
-
Physically strong with good stamina, able to handle heavy items and move around throughout the day
Good-to-Have:
- Bilingual in Malay, Mandarin, Tamil, or other languages
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfilment
- Familiarity with order management platforms
- Passion for stationery, design, or customisation
- Experience in leadership, volunteering, facilitation, or entrepreneurship
- Comfortable coaching others without a formal leadership title
Not For You If:
- You do your best work inside fixed structures with predictable SOPs
- Fast-changing priorities leave you stuck and overwhelmed rather than focused
- You struggle with ambiguity and need consistent direction to stay productive
- You are uncomfortable holding people accountable, and being held accountable, to move things forward
- You rely on follow-ups and reminders from your lead to complete tasks
- You would rather stay in your lane than step into someone else’s problem
- Physical work, being on your feet, or manual handling isn’t your thing — this role requires it, regularly.
No shame in any of that. It just means this is probably not the right place.
Perks
At this point in Ana Tomy’s growth, there is no layer between you and the impact you make. The team is small enough that your ideas get heard, your work gets seen, and the standard you set becomes part of how we do things.
Your growth, taken seriously
- A structured career pathway with a measured progression system, so you know where you stand and how you can earn the next role
- Quarterly performance reviews where feedback is direct and consistent, not just annual
- Leadership training, networking events and upskilling courses to develop you beyond your role
- Access to AI tools that make your work sharper and faster, given based on work relevancy
How we invest in you
- Company field trips, awarded based on performance
- Company dinners and team building experiences throughout the year
- Complimentary annual product and generous team discount
Your wellbeing
- Medical coverage through Healthmetrics: GP, dental, and optical
- Birthday leave, women’s wellness leave
Your rights (not perks)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, annual leaves, overtime pay, etc, (whichever applicable) are statutory entitlements: protected under Malaysian labour law. Every employer is required to provide them. We do, without exception.
Still Here?
Good. That probably means something.
Tell us who you are, what you are proud of, and why Ana Tomy feels like your kind of place. We read every application.
