  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any special requests or concerns. Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized. Ensure that all supplies, tools, and equipment are stocked and properly maintained. Follow health and safety regulations.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and operate the cash register or point-of-sale system. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies. Assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, including checking identification to verify the legal drinking age.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operation and efficient service.
