Job Summary:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires knowledge of coffee flavors, brewing methods, and drink recipes.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and pastries.
2. Offer advice to customers on drink choices based on their preferences.
3. Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently.
4. Clean and maintain equipment such as grinders, espresso machines, blenders etc., ensuring they are in proper working condition.
5. Maintain cleanliness of work area including counters, tables, chairs etc.
6. Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure availability of ingredients for beverage preparation.
7. Place orders for supplies when necessary by coordinating with the manager or supervisor.
8. Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers by greeting them with a friendly attitude.
9. Take customer orders accurately using POS system or manual order forms as required.
Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
3.Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods (e.g., pour-over,
French press) as well as popular drink recipes (e.g., cappuccino) is essential.
4.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests professionally while maintaining patience even during peak hours or challenging situations.
