We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding company seeking a motivated Telemarketing/Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our growth by connecting with potential clients and securing appointments for our sales team.

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential prospects from provided lists.
  • Effectively communicate our company’s value proposition and offerings.
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within organizations.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified prospects.
  • Accurately update and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly appointment setting targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • A confident and persuasive phone manner.
  • The ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
